Overweight, tired, brain fog, hangry? Lacking ONE essential ingredient!

WATER INTAKE!

Ok so this sounds ABSURDLY simple but this comes up time and time again when I coach ladies in the Athletic Fox Blueprint and Chase Life.

YOU ARE NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER!

Just for health alone you should be drinking a MINIMUM of 2litres of bottled or filtered water every single day.

If you are exercising – you need more.

I frequently get asked “does tea and coffee count toward the 2L” in my opinion – NO!

Get your 2L in and any tea or coffee should be in addition to.

Frequently we find those struggling with brain fog, cravings, insatiable hunger, irritability etc are often just dehydrated.

Dont overanalyse it – by a 2L bottle of water and finish it before the end of the day. Simple!

(Ps before any smart little creatures tell me that I’m only holding up 1.5l I am aware! 😂)
